A high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) that is a blend of nickel oxide and yttria stabilized zirconia. This material is co-fired with nickel oxide support anode and zirconia electrolyte to form the function anode in an anode supported solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC).
