42020 Datasheet Add 42020 to RFQ

A high temperature co-fired ceramic (HTCC) partially stabilized zirconia (5 mol.% yttria) tape that is used in planar oxygen sensors. The material is co-fired with platinum pastes between 1450°C and 1550°C to yield a dense white colored ceramic.
